This thread shape allows the nut to move axially along the screw during rotational movement, achieving linear movement. The trapezoidal screw mainly has the following characteristics: 1. Large clearance and return error: The trapezoidal screw may have large clearance and return error during the movement process, which is not suitable for applications that require precise positioning. Although the transmission efficiency and precision of the trapezoidal screw are relatively low, it is still widely used in some industrial equipment, automation systems, conveyor belts and other low-speed, low-precision or low-load occasions to achieve simple linear motion or force transmission.
